HoDaddy Hines Holiday Hump

Friday was the annual HoDaddy (aka HockeyDaddy, Joe Foy) Holiday Hump along Hines Drive. Temps were approximately 5 degrees with the wind chill at ride time, and there were approximately 20 hearty souls who braved the elements for the ride.

There was also a "prize for the best dressed bike" which I clearly should have won, but I got beat out by a guy who just happened to dress up in a Santa outfit. Oh well, first place was a 6 pack of Schlitz, and second place was a pair of Team Tree Farm socks, so was pleased with second place! In addition, each rider was tasked with bringing an unwrapped toy which were donated to Toys for Tots, so it was all for a good cause.

After the ride most of the participants headed to Joe's party (held at a secretive location known only to those in attendance) where the SpokeDrunkies were once again the featured entertainment.

Thanks to Joe for organizing the ride and party, Mike Flack for hosting the party, and the SpokeDrunkies for once again rocking out!

My bike covered in Christmas tree lights... good enough for second place

Santa HoDaddy and me. Yes I opted for work boots over biking shoes and covers... it was THAT cold!

Crowd shot!

Uhhh, yeah.
